Mario Rodriguez - NASM Certified Personal Trainer
With over a decade of experience in the fitness world, I’ve had the privilege of training in a variety of disciplines, from powerlifting and marathon running to my current focus on Hyrox. Fitness has been more than just a hobby for me—it’s been a life-changing journey. It gave me the confidence I never thought I’d have and an outlet for so much more.
As a personal trainer, I believe fitness is not a one-size-fits-all solution. Everyone has different goals, challenges, and aspirations, and it’s my mission to help you reach your fullest potential, no matter where you are in your fitness journey. Whether you're aiming for weight loss, strength building, improving your running performance, or preparing for a Hyrox event, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
I’ve personally experienced the transformative power of fitness—having lost over 70lbs (from 270 to 195 and still going), finished 6 Hyrox events, ran the NYC Marathon and placed first in a powerlifting competition. These milestones have not only shaped my understanding of training but have also strengthened my passion for helping others achieve their own fitness goals.
